Nanny meets Audrey for the first time!
Mommy looks beautiful and happy to be home.
Sophie is VERY excited to meet her little sister.
Of course Sophie had some doubts when Audrey started to cry.
I think Audrey's cuteness won over Sophie though...

Sophie kept saying "She's so cute!", well it sounded more like "Sheez so choot", but I think the sentiment was the same.
Ahh... big sister gave little sister a smooch on the forehead.
Sophie is "helping" put Audrey's hat on.
Now Sophie is helping put on Audrey's mittens.
Sophie wanted to hold Audrey's hand.
A kiss on the hand for the little sister.
I think it is fair to say that Sophie likes Audrey.
Sophie just wants to help out with everything that Mommy is trying to do for Audrey.
Sophie asked "What Baby Audrey doing?" So Mommy explained that Audrey wass eating breakfast, which promted a very stern reply from Sophie, "No Mommy, Baby Audrey drinking her milk."
Again, Sophie wanted to help. First feeding Audrey...
...then helping to burp Audrey.

The Family.
It is a little scary to leave the safe "Baby Cocoon" of the maternity ward and venture into the great unknown of new baby at your own home. Now all the responsibility of keeping this little, sweet, cute, new human being alive rests fully on your shoulders. It is good to have family nearby to help lend a hand, and it is fun to see their expressions when they see the new little one. However, one of the best things to witness is the pure joy and excitement in the new big sister when she saw Audrey for the first time!
